Residential Support Staff

Assist and support individuals in making choices in their life. Provide direct support services to individuals with mental retardation. Drive individuals to work, appointments, and recreational outings.

Residential Support Staff Supervisor

Provides daily supervision and training to support staff. Maintains individuals' rights by complying with all applicable laws and regulations. Provides direct support service to individuals with mental retardation. Drives individuals to work, appointments, and recreational outings.

House Manager

Oversees the operation of one home across all shifts. Screens, interviews, and hires staff. Responsible for all support staff scheduling and time keeping. Ensures home is clean and well maintained and that equipment is maintained and properly used. Provides regular support and supervision to support staff. Acts as liaison to Service Coordinators and families. Must have a valid driver's license and be able to pass Mediation Administration Certification.

Employment Specialist

Monitors designated individuals throughout the day, either at their job or at the training site. Follows their daily schedule, including work, community, and recreational activity. Helps them on the job to increase the likelihood of successful placement and employer satisfaction. Implements instructional programs. Must have a valid driver's license.

Employment Coordinator

Establishes a positive and welcoming atmosphere conducive to building relationships with everyone at the site, peers and staff from other sites, residential staff, DMR, and family and community. Revises and updates behavior plans, data, collection, schedules, etc., to keep services relevant and optimal for individuals. Supervises and trains employment specialists. Must have a valid driver's license.
