For Employers
Hiring a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) is even easier thanks to recent upgrades to the Connecticut online registry. A new, preliminary search feature helps consumers quickly find workers who meet their needs. Now you can easily find a worker who lives near you, is available the days and hours you need, or has certain qualifications you require such as a valid driver’s license. You can save your search and sign up for email notifications when a new worker fitting your needs applies for a job.

For Personal Care Assistants
Website upgrades benefit workers, as well. Job applicants may now upload resumes to provide more detailed information to prospective employers. Workers who completed an application before these changes took place on December 3 should log into their accounts to answer several new application questions or to upload their resumes.

Post a Job

Consumers and their families may now post job openings directly on our online registries for a $10 fee. Only workers registered with us will be able to respond, and your personal information remains confidential. Job applicants do not contact you directly; responses to your ad are forwarded to you through a secure mailbox system operated by Rewarding Work. Click here for more information.
