Services and fees
RewardingWork.org is a subscription service. This means you must create a personal account which gives you access to the names of people who want to work as personal assistants.
If you receive PCA services from MassHealth, including CommonHealth, you may be eligible for free access to our list of available PCAs. However, you still must establish an account.

Subscription Fees for individual employers who do not participate in the MassHealth PCA program:
- 1-month $10.
- 3-months $25.
- 6-months $50.
- 12-months $90.
- 24-hour Free Trial.
You may register for a 24-hour free trial, which allows you to view the database and evaluate the search mechanism. However, you must become a subscriber to contact prospective employees.
Your payment enables Rewarding Work to continue maintaining and expanding the Web site, administrating it, and providing support and outreach to employers and potential employees. The continued addition of new names helps us attract the person who is just right for you.
You must pay the fee in advance. You may sign up for a period of one month, three months, six months, or one year. See above.
Once you have subscribed, you have unlimited use of the database. You may use it as often as you like without paying any additional fees. You may hire as many workers as you need during the subscription period.
You may view your subscription information at any time and extend or cancel your subscription. You will be notified by email, when your subscription period is over. However, if you cancel before your subscription is over, you will not receive a refund.
To cancel your account, send an email to info@rewardingwork.org before your current subscription ends.
