Who to call when issues arise between employers and workers

 

The relationship between PCA employer and worker usually is very rewarding for both parties.  Occasionally, either side may experience an incident that needs to be resolved.

There are numerous agencies in Massachusetts that handle complaints or issues that may arise between the PCA employer and worker. Following is a list of contacts, including website links and phone numbers.
