Welcome to Rewarding Work's Vermont Care Directory. The purpose of this site is to help to connect people (Employers) who need to hire caregivers WITH job applicants looking for caregiving jobs.

Important notice regarding Vermont access code subscriptions!

Rewarding Work’s contract with Vermont’s Department of Disabilities, Aging and Independent Living expired on November 30, 2018. Free subscriptions through Vermont’s statewide access code are not available at this time. Individuals and families who wish to subscribe to Rewarding Work are welcome to use our paid subscription option: (1 month: $10.00; 3 months: $25.00; 6 months: $50.00; 12 months: $90.00.) We remain committed to assisting Vermonters and their families who need to hire qualified and compassionate caregivers. Please bear in mind that since we are no longer contracted to provide this website for Vermont, there may be limited job applicants/providers completing new applications and looking for positions.

1. Create an employer account and choose your paid subscription option by clicking here.

3. Search the directory for caregivers who meet your needs and/or post your job opening on our Job Board.

4. Contact and interview the job candidates who meet your needs.
