We help families and individuals in Massachusetts find paid caregivers, respite, and in-home workers

If you or a family member needs care, you can find someone ready to provide support in your home or your community, using Rewarding Work.

The Rewarding Work Care Directory provides a comprehensive, up-to-date list of people who live near you, have the experience you need – and who are available to work when you need them.

  • Provides names and contact information of caregivers who can work full- or part-time
  • Enables you their experience and availability
  • Allows you to post descriptions of your job openings on the Rewarding Work Job Board, free with your subcription

Here's how it works:

  1. Establish an account by clicking here.
  2. Search the list of available care providers and/or post a job.
  3. After you find one or more people who meet your specific needs, you can contact, interview and screen potential workers.
  4. When you find someone who meets your needs and who wants to work for you, you hire that person. Click here for hiring tips.

Rewarding Work is free for families receiving services through MA DDS (Department of Developmental Services). If you do not receive services through DDS, Rewarding Work provides a low-cost subscription service that gives you unlimited access to all the names of available care providers for as short a period as one month or up to one year.

Your subscription allows you to post job descriptions on the Rewarding Work Job Board for no additional charge.
