Individual Home Support needed for Adult

Description

Seeking female individual home support staff for 40 hours per week - Monday through Friday 5pm- 9pm and Sat - Sun 12pm- 9pm (flexible). Female experienced staff person with own transportation preferred. Duties include assisting with activities of daily living (evening routine, showering and personal care, meal preparation, transferring, and community activities). I am an active, independent women with Cerebral Palsy who uses a power wheelchair for mobility. I enjoy shopping, bowling, movies and going out to eat.
