Caregiver needed for Adult

Description

Plymouth County Family Support is seeking reliable, supportive staff through our Agency With Choice program to work one on one with an outgoing adult woman who enjoys staying active, fitness classes, spending time with friends, and community events.
Available shifts:
Monday and Friday: 4 to 9 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday: 12 to 6 p.m.
Responsibilities:
Support participation in community activities, fitness classes, and social outings.
Help plan activities based on her interests and choices.
Support transportation skills and independence in the community.
Encourage confidence in expressing her needs and preferences.
We are looking for someone who is dependable, patient, and enjoys being active in the community. Consistency and communication are important. Experience supporting adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities is preferred.
