Q. How do I renew my CT DDS access code subscription?
A. It's easy to renew after your current access code subscription expires. From your Dashboard, click "Subscription History" then click the green "Subscribe" button. Click "Have an access code?" Next enter the access code and click "Continue." Your new 12-month subscription begins immediately.

If you are eligible for a free subscription through CT DDS, make sure you enter your access code when you subscribe. Free access code subscriptions are for a 12-month period and are renewable annually.
Job candidates in the Rewarding Work database have NOT been screened in any way and their backgrounds have NOT been checked. It is your responsibility as an employer to check references and backgrounds of people you may hire.
*For anyone using CT DDS services, criminal background checks are required and will be completed by the Fiscal Intermediary.
