Individual Home Support needed for Adult

I am looking for a caregiver for my 27 year old son who has Down Syndrome and Autism. Needs moderate assistance with ADL and you would need a drivers license and an available car. Sam has a cat who he loves, so if you’re allergic… Sam also has some medical issues ex. Hypothyroidism, Gastroparesis history of pneumonia r/t choking episodes and renal failure that required surgery that presently he is incontinent of urine @90% of the time and wears a diaper. He’s very routine oriented and can let needs be know half the time. I mostly need weekend overnights and a couple of 2-7 shifts a week.
