Respite Care Provider for Children with Autism

Respiro Azul LLC is hiring respite care providers to support children with autism in the Springfield, MA area. In this role, you’ll provide attentive care tailored to each child’s needs while giving families a break from their daily caregiving responsibilities.

Responsibilities

- Supervise children and engage them in activities suited to their interests and support needs.
- Follow each child’s care plan, routines, and safety procedures.
- Communicate with families and the Respiro Azul team about each shift.

Qualifications

- Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
- Experience supporting children with autism or other developmental disabilities is preferred.
- Must complete Respiro Azul’s orientation and the required background checks before starting.
