Position: Homemaker/Companion

Gently Aging Home Care is seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated individuals to join our growing team!

Our Home Care Aides play an essential role in helping clients maintain their independence, dignity, comfort, and quality of life in the place they call home.

Key Responsibilities

Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance.

Provide companionship, socialization, and emotional support.

Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and household tasks related to client care.

Promote a safe, comfortable, and supportive home environment.

Follow individualized care plans while providing respectful, person-centered care.

Qualifications

Compassionate, patient, reliable, and dependable.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to follow instructions and provide quality, person-centered care.

Previous home care or caregiving experience is preferred but not required.

Must successfully complete required background checks, training, and applicable employment requirements.

Reliable transportation is required.

Weekend availability is required.
