Self-Directing your Care with Rewarding Work

Personal care and respite workers help people live fuller, more rewarding lives! They assist seniors and people of all ages with disabilities with their personal care needs, getting to work or appointments, and other daily activities. As a member of KanCare, you are eligible for a free subscription to Rewarding Work to assist you with your hiring needs.

Contact your case manager or KanCare care coordinator to request an access code for your free subscription.

Rewarding Work’s statewide directory in Kansas is made possible through a partnership with the Kansas Lifespan Respite Coalition, Aetna Better Health of Kansas, Sunflower Health Plan, UnitedHealthcare Community Plan of Kansas and Wichita State University.
