Individual Home Support needed for Adult

Description

We are looking for a kind, compassionate woman to provide companionship to our 28-year-old daughter with Down syndrome. It can be in our home or taking her on community outings. She loves to talk and she loves to eat, so we would like help developing other interests and hobbies. We are developing a behavior plan that this companion would assist in implementing.

At this time, we are looking for up to 10 hours, from 4-8pm weekdays or 12-5pm weekends.

This position will be paid through GT Independence, including mileage incurred during outings.
