In-Home Support / Resident Community Support
Location: Waterbury, CT
Date Opened: April 6, 2025, | Closing Date: April 25, 2025
Job Type: Part-Time, Temporary (4-8 months)
Pay Rate: $21.86 per hour
Mileage Reimbursement: $0.55 per mile
Hours
Monday & Wednesday: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Friday & Saturday: 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM
(20-25 hours per week)

Responsibilities:

Assist the person with budgeting & financial management

Organize paperwork and provide administrative support

Facilitate community activities & events

Provide transportation to appointments & events

Teach life skills such as communication and problem-solving

Attended virtual & in-person meetings

Helping with Apartment hunting and paperwork


Qualifications
Must be 21+
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license
Ability to lead activities and work flexible hours
