24 year old female graduate school student seeking live-in personal care assistant (PCA) in New Haven for one year beginning in September or October 2025

FULL TIME SALARY _plus NO COST LIVING plus REWARDING AND ENOYABLE WORK

The graduate student requiring this service has a spinal cord injury and is mostly paralyzed from the upper-chest down. She needs assistance with all activities of daily living. The work of this position will include help in the morning and bedtime, preparation of meals, and helping to care for her service dog. The work will also include driving the student’s handicap accessible vehicle, so a valid driver’s license is a requirement.

The PCA will have her own room in the apartment and her own bathroom.
