Individual Day Support needed for Adult

Description

My name is Paige Librandi, I have Cerebral Palsy and I use a power wheelchair. I am looking for a temporary Direct Support Professional from August to January for daily support. This support includes transportation to work and doctor's appointments, feeding through feeding tube, support and companionship. I have a vehicle that is accessible which requires a valid driver’s license.
