Individual Day Support needed for Adult

Description

DSP Responsibilities
Support the completion of monthly reports, emails, and administrative tasks
Attend both in-person and virtual meetings to maintain strong communication
Assist in launching and facilitating new Self-Advocacy groups
Support onboarding and training of new DDS staff
Collaborate on the development of presentations and informational materials
Represent the team at conferences, fairs, and public events
Provide transportation to and from meetings, work events, and SA group gatherings
Participate in meaningful projects that align with team goals
Offer guidance and support in building essential life and work skills

Help organize daily routines, develop time management, and boost organization

Support inclusive and fun social events with clear communication and preparation
✅ What We’re Looking For

21 years or older

Valid driver’s license & access to a vehicle

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Positive team player with a flexible attitude

Comfortable working the occasional late meeting or weekend event

Detail-oriented (proofreads, spell-checks, and ensures accuracy in all work)
