An adult male with a spinal cord injury and paralysis needs homecare for approximately 24 hours weekly (day 8am-8pm & evenings 8pm to 8 am) at his home in Brookline. Currently, shifts include every other Sunday night, every other Saturday day equaling 2 shifts per week plus a Monday night or Tuesday night with the potential to add more. He is a wonderful person and has excellent relationships with his healthcare aides. He requires an individual to help with all aspect of daily living including toileting, making meals, medication assistance and transferring in and out of bed. He is able to feed himself and works from home. There is parking at his home.

Applicants must be able to work through Tempus Inc. which pays some of the payroll. The amount that Tempus pays is supplemented by the consumer. References are required. Tempus provides earned time off based on hours worked through this consumer.

Experience with Strait Cathing is preferred. However, training is available for motivated and reliable person. Reliability is essential, since he can't be left alone.
