Caregiver needed for Adult

Description

This is a 30 hour/week position with FULL health, dental benefits, vacation, PTO, and paid holidays through an agency providing direct support for our 25-year-old daughter who has an intellectual disability from a birth injury. Spend four or five weekdays helping her through her routine (personal care, cooking, home recreation, walks, fun community outings, classes, etc.). Use positive behavioral supports as you gain and apply knowledge of her abilities, motivators, and behaviors. Ideal for someone who has worked with adults in either a group home or an adult day program and would enjoy working one on one in a very supportive environment. Client lives in an apartment within her parents’ home.
