Individual Home Support needed for Adult

Description

PCA to provide care services to assist with daily living tasks, improve quality of life in a familiar home setting and facilitate participation in community activities. You will play a vital role in providing friendship and improving the quality of life for our son and brother, Teddy, 41 year old with a seizure disorder who needs assistance to ensure his well-being, safety and comfort in his home and with attending community activities.

Key responsibilities include: *Assist with daily living activities such as dressing, grooming, toileting
* Provide friendship and conversation
* Assist with attending community activities, shopping and exercise.

Skills required:
*Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate sharing of information with family and community
* Basic understanding of healthcare practices
* Willing to learn tasks as needed
