Caregiver needed for Teen

Description

We have an 18.5 year old daughter with Autism, intellectual disability (she can talk, but does not converse) and mental health issues. She has behavioral issues, but they have decreased. She is very sweet most of the time! We are looking for someone to provide Respite care during weekday afternoons (with occasional evenings) and an occasional weekend day or evening. She gets off the van from school on all weekdays except Wednesday at 2:30 pm. Wednesday’s she gets off the van at 1:00pm. We are looking for someone who has experience working with young adults with these types of disabilities and who is familiar with behavioral issues and ABA therapy. The pay is $21.50 per hour through the DDS and DSS system. The person would need to get certified as a Personal Care Attendant through DSS. If interested send me an email at cynthiagwiazda@gmail.com.
