Caregiver needed for Adult

Description

60-year-old male needs in his home 24 hour care seven days a week. I have a couple people now and a back up, but I’m looking for more people or possible changes made.

I need someone who is physically strong to lift me out of bed bear hug. I cannot walk and I cannot use my hands. I can get in a wheelchair. One person transfer.
I lead a very active life with appointments four times a week on average and out three hours or more during those appointments often into Boston Framingham and Worcester area in Wheelchair van. Constant assistant needed with the Wheelchair van provided by services
Need to be able to push manual wheelchair with 190 pound man not often but up to a half a mile at Times if power wheelchair is broken
I need someone who speaks English. Well can communicate well can use many apps on cell phone. Need to provide their own cell phone for emergency back up needs to have permit to work and get on payroll system through Tempus and Elder Services. Of Worcester program must have valid Social Security number must speak English well and no American foods and be able to learn American foods on their own or minimal assistance needs to know names of all ingredients and understand food preparation.
This job requires everything light housekeeping, cooking, laundry, making beds, transferring in and out of bed helping with Computer work, opening mail and paying bills
It’s a busy constant job, but I active and will have periods of fun if sociable person and I am looking for someone, outgoing and sociable preferably a driver with their own vehicle but highly preferred to have a license for sure or working on it soon
Some hours are private pay for the overnight at a much lower rate flat fee for overnight must work at least 30 hours a week for overnight work is separate
