Seeking Respite Care Staff – Milford Area

We are looking for compassionate and reliable respite care staff to support our young adult son who has autism. He is a kind and engaging individual with limited verbal communication and some behavioral challenges.

Responsibilities include:

Providing support at home and in the community
Accompanying him to activities such as the YMCA, beach walks, and shopping trips
Encouraging social engagement and promoting independence

Ideal candidates will have:

Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
Background in school, day program, or group home settings
Patience, empathy, and good communication skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportationn
