Companion needed for Teen

Description

We are looking for a hangout companion for our seventeen year old daughter with intellectual disabilities. A freshman or sophomore studying education, special education or counseling from University of Saint Joseph or University of Hartford is preferred. Twelve hours a month to start and more hours including occasional weekends and overnights after her graduation. Our daughter is high functioning and loves being out and about in the community. The job would be more like a fun friend than a caregiver. Her close friends are planning college departures this fall and we would love a college buddy companion for her.
