Behavior Specialist needed for Child

TILL, Inc is seeking an In-home Behavioral Services (IHBS) Therapist to join our experienced and exceptional team! IHBS is an intensive in-home behavioral service working in a team model with a licensed supervisor and behavior monitor to develop and implement a behavior action plan for the caregivers and families that they are working with.

Starting at $54/ hour

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a behavior action plan to address goals and objectives.
• Provides caregiver support in implementation of the behavior action plan.
• Complete Functional Behavior Assessments as well as Comprehensive Assessments.
• Works closely with the Behavior Monitor to oversee data collection and implementation of interventions.
• Participate in care plan meetings, IEP meetings and collaborate with other providers.
• Maintain a minimum of two clients.

Qualifications:
• Master’s level practitioner with a degree in Counseling, Special Education, Social Work, Education, or related Human Service field.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle required.
• Bilingual a plus!
