Description
TILL, Inc. is growing its clinical team and is seeking to hire In-Home Behavioral Services (IHBS) Behavior Monitors. (IHBS is an Intensive in home behavioral service.) This is a great opportunity for interested applicants to gain hands-on experience and expand their clinical skills. The IHBS behavior monitor in TILL’s In-Home Behavioral Services works as part of a collaborative team implementing interventions to support caregivers and their families.
Essential Job Functions:
- Monitor the youth’s progress on implementation of the goals of the behavior plan developed by the IHBS Therapist.
- Providing coaching, support and guidance to the parent/guardian/caregiver in implementing the behavioral plan.
- Complete services notes for each session.
- Minimum of 2 cases, which is approximately 6-8 hours per week.
Qualifications:
Ideal candidates will have at least one year of experience working with children/adolescents.
Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following fields is highly desired: Counseling, Child Development, Guidance, Criminal Justice, Education, Health Education, Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Pastoral Counseling, Psychology, Recreational Therapy, Rehabilitation, Counseling, Social Work, Sociology, Special Education, Vocational Counseling or a related field.
OR
An associate’s degree and a minimum of two years of relevant direct service experience working with youth and families who require behavior management to address behavioral issues/mental health.
Valid Drivers license and vehicle required. Bilingual a plus!
