Caregiver needed for Adult

Description

Checking in with a developmentally disabled 36 year old man 1-7 days per week. Providing transportation when needed to shopping. Checking to see if he's eating, helping him consider options for food. He can prepare simple meals but needs encouragement to eat. He can get takeout food but needs help to arrange for that. Making sure he feels safe and reporting any concerns to me. He can be accident-prone and then not know what to do with even minor injuries.
