Individual Day Support needed for Adult

SEEKING PERSONAL TRAINER/SUPPORT PERSON
Karen is an active 32 year old on the Autism spectrum who needs support accessing her daily exercise and reaching her personal training goals. She has been awarded six hours per week through the DDS self-directed program to fund someone who can work with her towards these aims. Pay is $25 per hour.

The ideal candidate would be an athlete who enjoys trail running and some racing. Karen likes to challenge herself with trail runs between 5 and 8 miles with a significant elevation gain and also happily participates in local 5/10K races. She needs someone who can escort, coordinate, and keep up with her! Off-season she would be open to anything active and outdoors, skiing (downhill and Xcountry), snow-shoeing, winter hiking, skating, etc.
