Description
Companion(s) to verbal 22yr sport loving, podcasting and music energized young man with Cerebral Palsy. PCA(s) should enjoy getting out for errands, volunteering and exploring the community to help the individual build purpose and independence. Companion(s) should be comfortable and adept at using technology to support and build individuals's Podcasting and DJ endeavors.
-As a fulltime powerchair user, the individual requires transfer support with ceiling hoyer lift
-Full ADL support
-Meal prep
-First Aid/CPR training/Seizure awareness/external catheter hygiene
-Excellent driving record to transport individual with accessible family mini-van.
Requirements
Valid drivers license
CPR/First Aid trained
