Community Builder

SAIL Home ( Supported Access to Independent Living) is seeking a compassionate and reliable Community Builders (staff) to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and autism in our innovative housing model. Community Builders play a vital role in fostering independence, building life skills, and promoting meaningful community engagement.

In this role, you will support residents with daily living skills, encourage social connections, assist with community outings and activities, and help create a safe, inclusive, and empowering home environment. Community Builders are mentors, advocates, and partners—working alongside residents to help them achieve personal goals and live as independently as possible.

Ideal candidates are patient, flexible, and team-oriented, with a strong belief in dignity, choice, and person-centered support. Experience in human services is welcome but not required; we value compassion, reliability, and a commitment to empowering others.

Flexible shifts available (afternoons, evenings, overnights). Competitive pay based on experience and schedule.
