Job Coach needed for Adult

Description

We are seeking a patient and energetic Job Coach to assist a 30-year-old engaging and motivated female with the process of finding her next job. She was previously employed for 12 years and has experience in an office environment and providing customer service.

This one-on-one Job Coach position centers around identifying appropriate part-time jobs, assisting with the application process, and preparing for interviews. Client has some specialized needs and uses a walker, so job compatibility is very important.

Our ideal candidate will have some experience with disabilities, will be patient, compassionate, organized and have the ability to think outside the box to find the right job fit for a great young lady. This could be someone with experience in career coaching, a retired professional, or a young person willing to tap into their own job search experience, including college students at home for the summer. Excellent communication skills and ability to act as an advocate are a plus.
