Skills Trainer needed for Adult

In need of a Skills Trainer to support a 22 year old male on the autism spectrum that lives in Dedham, MA. This individual is independent and lives with his mother. He works a part-time job 5 days per week, walks to many destinations, and navigates the use of The Ride and Uber Flex. He needs a Skills Trainer who can guide him in pursuing his career goals by identifying classes, seminars, volunteer opportunities, etc. He needs assistance with engaging in social activities and creating relationships. He has a very limited social group however has shown interest in expanding. He enjoys video games, podcasting, and watching YouTube videos. This individual will benefit from exploring other areas of transportation such as learning to drive and needs someone who will encourage and motivate him. He is friendly but can get anxious and overwhelmed in certain situations. Overall, this individual needs a Skills Trainer who will encourage him while being patient to help him pursue his goals.
