Individual Home Support needed for Adult

Description

Looking for a trusted caregiver in Cheshire to support my adult daughter with specialized needs in the community. My daughter is in her mid-twenties and is non-verbal but communicative. Happy and energetic, she loves to go out into the community and shop, take walks and stop for lemonade at Starbucks.

The ideal candidate for this position will have experience working with young adults with specialized needs, looking for meaningful part-time work they enjoy. Perfect job for young retirees, including retired CT DDS staff.

This position provides respite for the primary family caregiver and begins this summer with the following schedule:

-Tuesdays and Thursdays, 4 pm to 6/6:30 pm
-Saturdays are optional - 8-hour shift

Hourly compensation is very competitive!
