Description
We are seeking a compassionate, reliable caregiver to provide weekend respite support for our 10-year-old daughter.
She has Autism (Level 3) and is deaf, and thrives in a calm, structured environment with consistent routines. The role involves close supervision, engaging her in simple, enjoyable activities, and supporting smooth transitions throughout the day.
What we’re looking for:
Experience with autism (preferred)
Experience working with children who are deaf, nonverbal, or use alternative communication (a plus)
Patient, attentive, and dependable
Ability to follow established routines and provide a supportive environment
Schedule:
Weekends (flexible hours depending on availability)
Responsibilities:
Provide attentive supervision and ensure safety
Engage in structured play and activities
Assist with transitions and daily routines
We are looking for someone who is kind, calm, and genuinely enjoys working with children with special needs.

Valid drivers license
