Individual Day Support needed for Adult

Description

We are looking for a dependable, patient, and consistent caregiver to support an adult male in a structured private home setting located in Woodstock, CT. This is an active, engaging role. He enjoys walking, staying busy, and being out in the community, so you must be comfortable being on your feet and moving throughout the day at times. Bring your walking shoes.
This is a 2:1 support role, meaning you will always be working alongside another wonderful staff member for support and coverage.

Duties & Responsibilities
Provide hands-on support with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, hygiene, grooming )
Support meal preparation, cooking, and maintaining a clean, organized home environment
Follow structured daily routines and provide consistent supervision
Encourage independence with basic life skills
Provide calm, consistent redirection and support as needed
Valid driver’s license required; client vehicle will be used for transportation
