Caregiver needed for Child

Description

Hi! My name is Janae Craig, and I'm looking for a reliable care provider for my 5 year-old son. Would be back up care and possibly every other Saturday (if needed). Oliver is autistic, nonverbal, and a very sweet, energetic little boy. He communicates using a PECS book that he's been working with at ABA. He thrives with someone patient, engaging, and high-energy who enjoys singing, dancing, and interactive play.

Some of Oliver's favorite activities include:
• Pretend food/kitchen play
• Puzzles
• Sensory toys and activities

Oliver is still in diapers and would need help with diaper changes, as well as preparing simple meals and snacks during care. I'm hoping to find someone dependable, compassionate, and comfortable working with autistic children. Experience with autism, PECS, or special needs care is a huge plus.
