Supervisor needed for Adult

We are seeking a Supervisor to manage:
- on-call responsibilities
- to oversee management duties
- scheduling staff,
- employment supports
- medical appointments, and healthcare supplies
- staff supervision, and staff meetings
- and vehicle/transportation duties

The Supervisor will also be responsible for working a steady schedule of (3 to 4) direct-care shifts each week and will have dedicated "office" time to complete administrative tasks.

Ideal candidates will have prior experience working with adult individuals using wheelchairs, with Cerebral Palsy, comfort using a Hoyer lift, changing catheters and driving a wheelchair accessible van.

Candidates must also have strong computer skills, prior experience supervising caregivers and the desire to assume a long-term management position. If this sounds like YOU, respond today and schedule your interview!!
