Approved for 52 hours per week of PCA services through Community First Choice (CFC) program, billing through GT Independence. Needs assistance with meal prep, planning, bathing, dressing, laundry, light housekeeping, grocery shopping. Looking for support Sat/Sun during the day and in the late afternoon/evening during the week. I have a cat.
