Behavior Specialist needed for Teen

Description

Seeking a compassionate, reliable, and flexible PCA to provide home support. Responsibilities include assisting with behavior management and transitions, daily living activities and routines, and occasional community outings.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals who may exhibit challenging behaviors, be patient and confident in providing behavioral support, and be able to adapt to changing needs and situations. Weekend availability is essential, with occasional holiday availability preferred. Flexibility with scheduling is a plus. Up to 7 hours weekly.

A valid driver’s license, reliable personal transportation, and a good driving record are preferred, as occasional outings may be part of the position.
