PCA/DSP needed for Teen

Description

We are looking for a female caregiver for an almost 18yo female. Most needed hours are M, T, Th, F 3:30-8:30p and W 2-8:30p. We are in Burlington MA and while there is public transportation to the area, stops are more than 1 mile from our home so you will need transportation to/from our home. She is a full care individual. She does ambulate with support/assistance and can assist with transfers. Training is available. Most days another adult is in the home to support as needed. She is not medically complex and care is pretty standard but one has to be comfortable with managing a full grown woman of medium stature. We also have additional hours on weekends, vacations/holidays and occassional evening. Ideally one person will fill the M-F afternoon/eve shifts but we would be willing to split shifts. We are looking for someone who can provide ADL support and also engage her in social opportunities. In general she is an easygoing individual and we are flexible with the daily schedule to allow for her wants/needs to be met.
