PCA/DSP needed for Adult

Description

PCA needed 3-4 evenings per week to assist young woman with special needs with her evening prep.

Mon, Wed, Fri and every other Sunday - 2-3 hours late afternoon/early evenings (days/times negotiable)

Great for local woman seeking a rewarding part-time job or a 2nd job.

Duties include
** checking edema areas on legs, ankles, feet; applying foot cream; assisting in putting on leg compression sleeves.
** light kitchen clean-up and helping out, as/if needed.
** also, occasional medical visits assist (using the RIDE), as/if needed

Training & gloves provided; mild lift assist with left leg, as/if needed.

Female candidate must be caring, responsible, highly reliable and a positive influence.
Basic English language skills, non-smoker, reliable transportation to/from work preferred.
Comfortable with well behaved cat. CNA is a big plus!

Compensation: $ 20/hour with benefits (Funded by DDS/Northeast Arc)
