Individual Day Support needed for Adult

Description

We are seeking a compassionate, respectful, reliable, and engaging 1:1 Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide individualized support to a young adult in his early twenties on Autism Spectrum Disorder with IDD and using AAC device, residing in Worcester. This part-time position, totaling 10 hours per week, is focused on fostering independence, encouraging community inclusion, and supporting the individual's personal goals, preferences, and overall well-being both at home and in the community. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to work independently, take initiative, and provide reliable community transportation. A background check is required.
