Caregiver needed for Teen

Our family is looking for a kind, dedicated, patient, and reliable Attendant Care Worker to provide one-on-one support for our special needs son. If you have a big heart and a desire to make a tangible difference in our son’s life, we would love to meet you!
Hours are 7:30-3:30 or 8:30-4:30. Monday thru Friday.
Your primary goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and engaging environment. Must be an active person who enjoys being outside. Duties include assisting in daily activities such as fishing and swimming. Providing constant supervision and ensuring a safe and secure environment at home or during community outings. Our son thrives on routine; we need someone who is punctual, dependable, calm under pressure, creative, and genuinely empathetic. Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
