Job Title: Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Day Program

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM


We are seeking a reliable, engaging Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support participants in a community-based day program. In this role, you will accompany individuals to volunteer sites and community recreational activities, supporting their independence and community involvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide transportation and support for daily volunteer opportunities and recreational outings.

Assist participants with skill-building, social interaction, and daily program goals.

Maintain a safe, supportive, and positive environment throughout the day.

Requirements:

Valid Driver’s License.

Reliable, registered, and insured vehicle required for participant transportation.

Clean driving record and background check.

Preferred Qualifications:

CPR & First Aid Certification (Plus)

Physical Management Techniques (PMT) Certification (Plus)
