Personal Care Attendant (PCA) – Long-Term Position
Seeking a patient, energetic, dependable, and responsible person with a positive attitude and a sense of humor to join our care team. The ideal candidate values building a long-term working relationship and is committed to supporting J’s independence and quality of life.
J is a bright and engaging 33-year-old man with cerebral palsy. He uses a wheelchair for mobility, receives nutrition through g-tube, and communicates in a variety of ways, including through an eye gaze communication device.
His passions include photography, socializing, staying involved in his community, and enjoying music and live entertainment.
Responsibilities:
• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care
• Provide light housekeeping for J’s personal living space
• Complete laundry and related household tasks
• Accompany J to medical appointments, community outings, and private events when needed
