Skills Trainer needed for Adult

Description

We are seeking a kind, compassionate female caregiver to support a young adult with an Intellectual Disability in downtown Boston. The goals would be to support development of independent living skills including laundry, shopping, and budgeting and to promote healthy living, including physical exercise and nutrition. Each shift would include an outing to a local gym or other physical activity.
Hours are flexible, but we are hoping for a commitment of 2-4 hours a day, 3-4 afternoons each week. Compensation through the Department of Developmental Services would range from $22-$28 per hour, commensurate with experience. A background check would be required.
